Launch Parties, Fashion and beauty events are common in Chennai but Aldo Shoefie Party was something different. Hosted by Ritz Magazine, this was an exclusive event with celebrities hanging around in every nook and corner. I was fortunately invited to cover the event as a fashion blogger and it took me a lot of time to recover from the party that I am blogging about it after almost a month.

Does Aldo need any introduction? Nevertheless, Aldo is a leading high street shoe brand and known for creating trendy shoes & bags. Since I am an Aldo loyalist, making me see their fall 16-17 collection before it launched in Chennai was a huge favour. I got a glimpse of their collection and FELL IN LOVE. Wedges, tans, metals…DAMN.

 

 

After a day of pure joy, came a day for PARTYING! Aldo Shoefie party was held in Express Avenue mall, Chennai.  Lots of Food, chatting and not to forget…Shoefies. Since Pictures speak even louder than words, here you go :

Overall, it was a great event mainly because I met a lot of like- minded fellow fashion bloggers. I would like to thank Aldo India and Ritz Magazine for inviting us and pampering us that day.

For those who want some outfit details,

I had to come directly from Office and hence looked a bit formal. Wore a white top and grey culottes from Missa more. Completed the look with some Oxford shoes and a fringe bag, both from Aldo ( Aldo loyalist, obviously)
