French -Tamil gravy? Am I going to talk about a dish here? No. Even better! An Iconic French cookware brand came over to Namma Chennai to celebrate the launch of their first store in Palladium mall. Yes, I am talking about the one and only Le Creuset. If you are a lady who dreams to own colourful, stylish and elegant cookware more than owning a denim jacket or jewelry, then hello! you have come to the right place. We had a ravishing dinner hosted by Le Creuset and Westin Chennai where we looked, felt and ate from the exquisite Le Creuset master pieces.

Mr. Ankur, the Country head of Le Creuset welcomed us all with a gleaming smile and hands full of cocktails and wine! We were escorted to the private dinner table where the Chef was all excited to show off his culinary skills with everything Le creuset.

Apart from eating a lot ( A post on that coming soon), we also were shown a lot of their products to touch and test. I even got an opportunity to stand beside the chef and cook some Onion rings on the Le Creuset pots. What impressed me the most was the fact that it heats evenly so even an amateur cook like me can cook a dish well instead of making it uneven and well….not edible. The Enamelled Cast iron cookware and their luxurious aesthetics were the cherry on the top. See for yourself
