Cool Sculpting ft Dr. Sethu

With the wedding season approaching, whether you are the bride or her friend, you want to look your best!  While you plan the perfect wedding day, you do not want to worry about fitting into your dream dress gracefully. The dream is being realised by many, by going for a safe, non-invasive fat reduction technique, called CoolSculpting. Fret no more, as this new technique is here to freeze your fats away! This technology will surely free up your time to focus on the more important aspects of the wedding. This wedding season, flaunt your perfectly sculpted body in the dress of your choice!

So what exactly is Cool Sculpting?

It’s an innovative way to contour your body by freezing unwanted fat away with no surgery and little to no downtime.

We recently had an interactive session with Dr Sethuraman, Ms. Hansika Motwani about this concept at Leela Palace, Chennai.

I learnt so much about how Cool sculpting is easy and damn safe. It is a good initiative for people with difficulties reducing their Fat in a short period of time. During the session, I asked a question to Dr. Sethu about the Back fat! When a few wear sarees, there is a weird cleavage that is formed on their back and it’s unavoidable. He mentioned that it could also be used to remove that which was refreshing to hear.

So before you dwell into this, here are a few points to remember:

1. Meet a certified cosmetologist
2. Understand if you are the right candidate and clarify your doubts
3. Ask how many treatments you will need
4. Understand the procedure fully, keep no doubts
5. Prepare yourself and be patient
Hope this post helped! Let me know in the comments. See you soon with a new post!
Until then
